Over the last three years we have grown to become an award-winning, top-rated employer, maintaining our Imagine Canada accreditation, Canada’s most widely recognized standard for employing best practises in governance and operations, for the last eight years.   

We are proud to have a current +68 Employee Net Promoter Score (ENPS), the industry benchmark for employee engagement (a score of -10 to +20 score is considered average). In 2024, we won the Canadian Non-Profit Employer of Choice (NEOC) Award, and we were nominated by Charity Village for the Best Workplace for Mental Health.  

Over the next three years, we will continue to build on our culture of excellence, deepen our commitment to our organizational values, and promote the personal and professional growth of our staff, clients, and volunteers by engraining our values into all systems of evaluation, compensation, and recognition. We are also committed to becoming a leader in non-profit compensation relative to our size and sector.
